• No amount will be refunded if not present at the time of departure
• You can only use this voucher on the date and time specified.

Shuttle Policy

• Pick-up and drop-off will only take place from the hotel lobby in Pattaya.
• The driver will wait just 5 minutes in the hotel lobby.
• In case of any delay or no-show, the customer will not get any amount of refund.
